👍🥋 I've been attending Bridget J Morrissey's martial arts classes and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. The classes are well-organized and offer great workouts. The sense of community is amazing. I'm proud to be a part of it. 👍🥋
