I echo what many others have said regarding their experiences with 49 Financial, and will just summarize with this: my advisors (Dean and Connor) actually listened, (which is more rare than you might think), and then presented potential investment ideas that applied to MY specific situation.

Their meeting prep is off-the-charts excellent; they are always very well-prepared, which obviously creates a very efficient meeting and effective use of my/our time.

And lastly, I appreciate that they took their time building the relationship. I started off telling Dean and Connor that I'm a simple "D-I-Y" mutual fund investor, so I'm probably not a target customer for 49 Financial. However, they listened to my story, they have not tried to change what I am doing already, but instead, they have built a portfolio of complementary products around my existing investments to improve my overall portfolio for tax-efficiency, retirement planning, etc.

In summary, it's obvious that I am a very satisfied customer, and I have already recommended 49 Financial to my friends without hesitation.
