They make policies that stand in the way of employ...

They make policies that stand in the way of employment, then never answer the phone or call back. And you always get stuck in the automated phone system because they never pick up. And God help you if you try to get an answer to a simple question by going down to Wethersfield in person. It's like the DMV, but worse.
