After dealing with a terrible Acura dealership in my area, I started looking for the Acura I wanted online. I stumbled across Rosenthal Acura on carfax. They had the same 2020 Acura MDX in stock that I had driven hours prior with the terrible dealership. When I reached out about the vehicle through carfax, Greg Raynor kindly emailed me the next morning asking how he could help and would be in touch with me if I was still interested in the vehicle. Not only was it a Sunday, but Greg had other meetings during the day and held true to his word and reached out. He went above and beyond, sent pictures, followed up and was just so easy, honest and kind to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle was spot on and answered all my questions. He then put me in contact with Ebi with finance. I thought I had it great with Greg already. Wow, even financing offered great customer service, competitive and great interest rates and was a super easy process. Overall, I ended up making the deal over the phone and drove 100 miles the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car. My experience with Greg and his team at Rosenthal was exceptional and I am delighted to have run across this dealership online. To say the customer service ended after driving off the lot, would be lying. The customer service has continued as Greg has reached out a few times to see how I am enjoying my car and has sent over links to helpful tips on Acura s website. Hands down the best car buying experience ever!!! We need a dealership like Rosenthal in my area. You have earned a Raving Fan from me. Thank you for a great experience. I also love my car!!!!
