I am a CUSTOMER who recently had the opportunity to work with White Mountain Education Association, INC and I must say that my experience was average. The website wmea-world.org was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, it was an okay experience.
