I recently used LocalMate for the first time and overall it was a decent experience. The website was user-friendly and navigating through the various services was easy. The service I booked was carried out satisfactorily and the staff was polite and professional. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the billing process, which took a bit longer to get resolved. Nevertheless, I would consider using LocalMate again in the future.
