Not much to improve upon. Was very impressed with the process and communication. Our loan servicer was great- helpful, competent, even reassuring when things slowed or went into the black box of Underwriting. One process we did not experience for the closing was receiving and signing e-docs b/c of a Trust situation, so can t comment on that.
