I am not an employee or a customer of MAG, however, I have had indirect experience with their payroll department which seems to be either very incompetant or belligerent. My ex-husband is an employee and has been since February 2018. Per court order his wages are to be garnished for child support, but despite countless phone calls from my state's Department of Child Support, they still can't seem or just refuse to be in compliance. I wait in anticipation every two weeks hoping they will do the right thing, but so far only twice since February have they gotten it right. I hope that whoever monitors these reviews will look into this for me. I've been very patient, but am weary of the lame excuses. I'm not sure yet if an attorney will be able to do anything for me. I hope I don't have to go there, but am willing if necessary.
