Stay away from this hospital. I overheard one of the doctors, either Dr. Ray Lim or Dr. Ray Lee, whoever is the younger, make derogatory and racist suggestions to peers. I overheard him. Trillium Health Partners' hiring practices are lax, or they don't care that they hire racist and bias doctors who are taking care of multi-cultural patients. Stop hiring people you know or people who know people from the inside, because those standards are low. There is no room for doctors like this - in the ER or elsewhere. Healthcare professionals have to act like professionals, and adhere to the strict behavioral codes that being a licensed doctor entails. Doctors like these make a mockery of the profession.
