I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Le monroe, and I must say, their products are decent. The customer service I received was average, nothing exceptional. The website, lemonroe.ca, is easy to use, but could use some improvements in terms of user experience. While I wasn't blown away by Le monroe, I also wasn't disappointed. It's an average company with average products and services.
