I had a great salesperson in Kevin. He worked hard, was very knowledgeable, and most importantly for the dealership, closed the deal. Facilities at the dealership are top-notch. Bought the vehicle on a Saturday which apparently is their busiest day. Spent over 8 hours in the process. Dealership seemed either short-handed or overwhelmed as there were numerous times we were waiting while things went on behind the scenes in the processing of our transaction. Downside of purchase experience was the length of time to accomplish completion of transaction. All of the dealer personnel were very professional. The only negative was my new car had only 1 key. Apparently the other, lost or misplaced. Now I have to return to the dealership with my 1 key to obtain another. A distance of 1 hour, one way. I can't comment on the extreme length of time to complete transaction as I do not know if the time is normal for a deal in the industry or not. My problem with the key does not dull my positive vibe for Kevin or the dealership. Were I to deal with the dealership again and have problems, perhaps that would change. For now, thumbs up on this franchise.
