I give this place 2 stars only because I always have a good massage. Unfortunately, the place is a dump. The face rests don't work and my face ends up resting on a metal frame. It looks like they vacuum obout once a week and everything from the chairs in the waiting room to the linens are well worn. The carpet is stained. I have been a member at various Massage Envy's from North Carolina to California and am shocked by theses facilities especially considering the location. I would consider going back if/when they remodel.
