I recently hired a contractor for some home improvement works and decided to go with McCarthy Improvement Company. Overall, my experience was average. The company's website was informative and provided a good overview of their services. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and offered a reasonable quote for the project. The workmanship was decent, but I felt that certain details could have been better executed. Communication during the project could have been more consistent, as there were times when I had to follow up for updates and progress reports. The staff was friendly and professional, though not particularly exceptional. In terms of timeline, the project was completed within the estimated timeframe, which was appreciated. While my experience with McCarthy Improvement Company was not outstanding, it was also not disappointing.
