Never seen a company like this before. Worked there for 9 months in night shift. They don't have medical insurance for fresher instead they offer ESIC which never get reimbursed. I got medical problem and not a single rupee from 1.20Lakhs got reimbursed. HR never picks up calls. If you will call her 10 times she will by chance will pick 1. Management is complete irresponsible and no scope for growth.
