I had a bit of a mixed experience with En world group. On one hand, the website is well-designed and easy to navigate. But on the other hand, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were generic and unhelpful. I hope they improve their communication in the future.
