I recently purchased a set of brake pads and rotors for my car from their website. The ordering process was smooth and the products arrived on time. However, the installation instructions were not very clear, and I had to do some extra research to ensure that I installed everything correctly. The quality of the products seems good so far, but I wish they provided more detailed guidance for DIY installations. The price was reasonable, but I think there are other companies that offer better support and instructions. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The products are good, but the lack of detailed instructions was a bit disappointing. 😕
