I recently ordered some custom patches for my team from their website. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received the patches within the expected timeframe. However, the quality of the patches was just average, and I noticed a few loose threads on some of them. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar companies. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a question about my order. Overall, the experience was okay, but I think there's room for improvement in the quality and pricing of their products.
