I had an average experience with Piston Group. While their products were of good quality, the communication and service could have been better. There were delays in the delivery, which affected my overall satisfaction. However, the staff was responsive and tried to address the issues promptly. I appreciate their effort but hope they improve their processes to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
