The only decent pho in Thousand Oaks, but that's not saying much. 9021Pho is terrible. I like it here, though not as good as the vietnamese shops in Reseda. Thumbs up.

Can't yet comment on the rest of the food because all I get is pho.

Staff is great and attentive. Clean bathrooms. Nice environment.
