I recently moved to Cleveland and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of water provided by the city. The water is clean and tastes great, which is a big plus. The customer service experience has also been smooth, with prompt responses to my queries. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the billing process. Overall, I am satisfied with the services provided by City of Cleveland Division of Water.
