I am a part of Women in Medicine, a group of medical students that hosts a major sale every year of Patagonia and YETI items for the medical school. During this pandemic, there have been numerous issues (on our end, not ParsonsKellog) that have caused endless frustration, but working with Christian Flynn at ParsonsKellogg made everything so much better. He was incredibly prompt with responding to every email I sent him, very gracious, kind, and helpful, and definitely deserves a raise. Our products arrived exactly when he told us they'd arrive, everything looks great, and our student group is very lucky to have such a great contact at ParsonsKellogg to work with! Incredibly happy with the items and phenomenal customer service!
