Creo Kitchens - The worst customer experience that has been delivered so far.. Highly unqualified representatives sitting there without any professional etiquettes of responding back to emails or calls. Bunch of people sitting there who are not even able to deliver to there commitment. Its been more than 4 months of us making the payment and getting no response on when the kitchen would finally get delivered.
They are finding it difficult to justify our investment in their kitchen project due to poor post-sales support channel.
