I recently used Phyllis Home Rental Services LLC for a vacation with my family and I must say it was an average experience. The property we rented was clean and well-maintained, but there were a few issues that prevented us from having a great time. The communication with the staff was a bit lacking and we had some trouble accessing certain amenities. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
