There are not enough positive words to truly share what an awesome experience I had as a customer here! From the amazing Jeanie that answered my first phone call, right through to Bob that delivered my dirt, every encounter was positive. The level of customer service makes you feel like a friend, not just a $ amount. In addition to my delivery, I made 2 trips to the yard and every single person I encountered without exception was smiling and helpful and oh so patient answering my newbie questions. And if that's not enough for you ... I shopped around to 4 other suppliers and The Black Dirt Company also had the BEST prices!!
