I recently switched to solar energy by installing a solar panel system from African Solar Designs. While the installation process was smooth, I expected better communication from the team regarding the schedule. The panels have been working well so far, but there seems to be room for improvement regarding the after-sales support. Overall, African Solar Designs provides a satisfactory solution, but there are some areas for them to work on.
