I had an average experience with Destinations North America. The website was easy to navigate, and the pricing was reasonable. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and were not very knowledgeable about the destinations. I expected better from a company that claims to specialize in North American travel.
