Apparently, they love to ignore potential clients on their Facebook. Either you have a highly incompetent social media manager or they do not care about their business, even if you are not interested in what a customer is inquiring about, there is a proper way of saying it. We will discourage our import client from using services such as theirs and would not consider as our agent as well, there are better and more respectful people out there to work with. Cheers.
