I recently purchased a new phone from an online retailer. The phone itself is great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I wish I had shopped at Bubblephone instead, as I have heard great things about their customer service and product quality. If I ever need another phone in the future, I will definitely be checking out Bubblephone's website first.
