Possibly the worst Vodacom store I have ever visited. Someone should explain to the franchisee and his staff that, in an ethical and sustainable business, selling requires understanding the needs of a customer and then matching a solution to that need - not trying to rip customers off with the most expensive package that can be sold. I'll happily drive to Cellucity at Cavendish to deal with professional sales people who realise that long term business success is based great service, but also on building a relationship of trust with customers #Vodacom
