I recently discovered an organization that helps care leavers in their journey. I must say, they are doing an incredible job in providing support and guidance to these individuals. The website they have, reesfoundation.org, is full of useful information. I highly recommend Rees the care leavers foundation to anyone who needs assistance after leaving the care system.
