My experience with Scriba was below average. Although the website was easy to navigate, I found it difficult to get in touch with their customer service team. They were unresponsive to my inquiries, and I felt ignored. The lack of support overshadowed the decent user experience I had on their platform. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
