I had an average experience with Ipcan distribuidora. The website ipcan.com.br was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a while to get a response. Overall, I would consider using Ipcan distribuidora again, but they need to improve their customer service.
