One of the most important roles of this company is the Drivers, they are the heart of the company but sadly this company doesn t appreciate that. The Manager for the the CDL department of this company won t and will never appreciate a driver always against them always treating them with lack of respect and lack of professionalism. The sad part is that he has a great team of drivers but doesn t know how to lead them he has full support of HR which covers all his mistakes and illegal stuff he does to drivers.
