I had a mixed experience with Process in perspective. While there are definitely areas where they excel, there are also areas that need improvement. The customer service was great, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always ready to help. However, I found that the website was not very user-friendly, and it took me a while to figure out how to navigate it. Overall, I would say the company is average.
