I have been a customer of Illudesign sprl for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. The quality of their designs is decent, but I have had some issues with their customer support team. They are not always quick to respond and sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would say that Illudesign sprl is an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
