Loan Care is the most deceitful rude unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. I have called multiple time trying to get the online system set up and I am never able to do so. I have incurred overcharges because of this time and again. They mislead with their information and now because of this, I must sell my home. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this business if at all possible!
