We drove from Destin to eat here for breakfast. I called ahead of time to ask "what the current wait time was". I was told there was NO WAIT and was ecstatic as every other breakfast restaurant was an hour or two wait, so I told them we would be there shortly. Arrived to see people lining up at the entrance and the only instructions posted on the door were to not yell at the waitstaff. After 5 minutes of standing there aimlessly, a girl working there walked out and made the announcement that their dining room was closed, there was no waitstaff, and the restaurant was only offering TO-GO food which could be eaten anywhere on property outside. I was a little confused why the girl on the phone forgot to mention the reason why there was no wait, but decided to stay and order from anyways. We placed an order for 4 girls, with the understanding they would call one of us as soon as all 4 orders were ready. After waiting outside (very little shaded spots to eat btw) I went and checked with the girls we ordered from. They said they were waiting on one more order. 10 minutes later, my friend went and did the same when she saw someone behind us going to pick up their order. Apparently the last entree came out and they forgot to call us so the food so our food was just sitting there. They ran out of cheese for the grits and didn't bother telling us (which we all paid extra for) and 3 out of the 4 orders also came out wrong or missing something. When brought to their attention, they made excuses but were not apologetic one bit. As of right now, the only thing going in their favor is the location. We were really looking forward to eating here so this was a major disappointment.
