I stumbled upon this dimsum place and boy, was I in for a treat! The dimsum at Harbour City is out of this world. The flavors are so rich and the steamed buns are absolutely delicious. The best part is, it's reasonably priced too. The staff was welcoming and the service was excellent. I can't wait to go back again!
