Ahhhhh Friendly's, a long standing fixture here in New England. How, I'll never know. Restaurants are usually disorganized and sometimes dirty.
My travels have brought me to their distribution center/ corporate offices where it appears disorganization starts at the top.
My paperwork said to enter on Kent Rd. A sign on Kent road says shipping and receiving. Next to that one "no trucks, use Boston rd"
So cruise around the neighborhood, back to Boston rd where the gate says "trucks use Kent road". The actual gate to enter is before their building, if you're coming from the east.
It's too bad that Friendly's is just so screwed up. The food isn't bad when it finally gets to you.
My suggestion to Friendly's is find out who is the CEO of Newport Creamery, and hire them.

They get 2 stars because the front gate guy and guy who unloaded my truck were very nice.
