The staff was excellent! Eleonora was outstanding - warm, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. As a frequent guest at the Novotel, she immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. She checked me in quickly, and I was in my room within a few minutes of arriving at the hotel. The other members of the staff were attentive as well, and together made my short stay wonderful. I look forward to returning to the hotel again soon.
