This place is like family. Small group workouts with coaches that know what they're doing, are highly trained, and super encouraging. All coaches always check in with you to make sure you're accommodated for any injuries you may have. Workouts are great and always fly by! The variety of classes is a plus and LIFT is one of my favorites. Great communication from owners. I love this place and have made some lifelong friends in the process. Thank you Kaia!
