I am a CUSTOMER of Southwest Broadband, Inc. and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The internet speed is decent and the connection is mostly stable. However, there have been a few instances where the connection dropped unexpectedly. The customer service is responsive but could be more helpful in resolving technical issues. Overall, it's an okay service.
