Iiim is an average company. The overall experience was not great but also not terrible. The customer service was lacking at times, and the website could have been more user-friendly. However, the products offered by Iiim are of decent quality and the prices are reasonable. I would consider shopping with them again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere. Overall, an average experience.
