On Tuesday April 9th I purchased a beautiful Black 4matic 350 M class Mercedes. I knew what I wanted, test drove it and bought it. I picked it up Tuesday evening. I drove it Wednesday with my two very young kids in the car, and I heard a loud noise noise and the brakes starting grinding and failed. Mercedes towed it to the nearest store and then towed it back to the Fort Washington location. They said a caliber bolt popped out of it and it damaged the rim. They fixed it and returned the car on Friday evening. The very next day on my birthday we were driving the car and the air/heat wasn't workng. The Fort Washington location was an hour away. We sweating for one hour in the car. It was 76 degrees and we rolled down the windows and our kids were drenched in sweat. We returned the car. Fort Washington kept the car for 4 days and returned the vehicle to me at work. When it was returned to me there was a DENT above the back side driving door. This was the first car I tried to buy in 12 years! I had my Toyota for 12 years and did not have any problems at all!!!! I did not have my car for 24 hours without a problem! I am a school principal and it is difficult to run back and forth to a dealership. I am still blown away by this experience.
