I have been a customer of Total Home Security Alarm for over a year now and I must say that their service has been average. The installation process was smooth and the technician was professional. However, I have had a few issues with the system itself. Sometimes it takes a while for the alarm to go off when triggered, which is a bit concerning. Overall, I would say that their service is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
