I recently booked a trip with Flex travel b.v. and it was an average experience. The booking process was easy, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The agent I spoke with was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. The trip itself was alright, but nothing special. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
