Every annoyance was built in - just constant irritating niggles from start to finish. Zero phone signal in my room and wifi too weak to send emails (in a business hotel!), bedrooms/the exit VERY badly signposted, bedroom doors don't automatically lock behind you, sink tapwater was scalding and no mixer tap, showerhead too low to stand under properly, crusty tray at the breakfast buffet, sockets too far from the mirror. These were just a few of my least favourite things.
