Despite the doubts, we decided to buy this vacuum cleaner
We had doubts due to the inability to obtain technical specifications in more information, such as commercial gibberish of sellers.

And here it turned out that no one in the company is able to compare the Electrolux vacuum cleaners substantively.
Oral requests similar to e-mails are ignored and the client feels how deep Electrolux has him
Nobody knows what is the difference between vacuum cleaners and dust bags ...
The only thing you can hear is: "I think" "I would choose you" - as long as you can hear because Electrolux also likes to ignore.
Generally, customer service is non-existent in this company.
The helpline is a mistake (for 2 months they were not able to answer simple questions, we got the answer after writing an e-mail to Polish and Swedish PR - but if you think they spoke to us, you are very wrong)
Email and FB messages had similar response quality ...
This is a particularly painful clash with reality because Electrolux could be expected a little more than Chinese crap ...

But back to the opinion
After a month of intensive use, we can find the following features:

PROS
- the vacuum cleaner is silent
- wells filter well and the rear filter is practically not dirty
- it looks nice too
MINUSES
- works well on the dance floor but the suction power is not overwhelming and with a partially full sack it is dramatic
(a lot of work needs to be done in vacuuming)
- on the carpets the vacuum cleaner does not manage despite the use of a "turbo brush" (we have 4 cats, a dog and a child :))
(only the upholstery turbo brush is added to the set, which is a mistake with a vacuum cleaner for animals)
vacuuming the rugs is really so laborious and takes a lot of time
-the 3in1 brush is mismatched with the pipe and does not enter completely
- 3in1 brush in the narrow tip has holes on the side that additionally weaken the suction power which in itself leaves a little to be desired
- I am 175cm tall and the length of the pipe enforces a slight bending, which with a long vacuuming with a turbo brush is a bit tiring

To sum up, this is not a bad vacuum cleaner but it leaves a lot to be desired.
However, the standard of customer service at ELECTROLUX is surprising and we really did not expect it - for the sake of this we are unable to recommend anything of this company.
