This is the HOA management company for our housing...

This is the HOA management company for our housing development. Our manager is good. But Suhrco is awful. Their accounting is ridiculous. We ve had to go round and round for almost a year about our pre paid HOA dues. Then they change our HOA dues to quarterly- and they do not bill us. We only receive a statement when our dues are late! On top of that- those of us who had auto pay for our monthly dues- they never changed it. So dues became late to the tune of $1,000 and then they required payment within 7 days. These people are a joke! Red flag. Do not use them for HOA.
