I have mixed feelings about my experience with Red Earth Corporation. While the website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth, the product I received was not as described. It had some issues and I had to go through the trouble of returning it. The customer service was helpful during the return process, but I expected better quality control. Overall, an average experience.
